A referral for occupational therapy is required from a medical provider (MD, NP, PA, CNM) for all clients regardless of your insurance plan. This is a state licensing requirement in the state of New Hampshire for occupational therapy services.

60 minute treatment session in-office $150
Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Savings Accounts are accepted forms of payment.
Credit cards, debit cards, checks and cash are also accepted forms of payment.
